Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of bdtk5's rules and may result in account suspension or termination.

All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate. Providing false or incorrect information will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
Users are fully responsible for all activity on their accounts. Keeping passwords and login details confidential is the user's own responsibility. Sharing account details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following methods are accepted for deposits at bdtk5: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. If a maximum deposit limit applies, it will be determined according to the account tier.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals may be delayed in the following situations:
- If KYC verification has not been completed
- If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met
- If a verification process is ongoing on the account
- If a security review is required
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be approved.
4.3 Currency and Tax

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following terms apply to claiming this bonus:
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount
- Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements are fulfilled
- A maximum bet limit may apply when using bonus funds
5.2 General Bonus Policy
The following general policy applies to all promotional offers and bonuses at bdtk5:
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period
- Multiple individuals from the same household or residence cannot claim the same bonus
- bdtk5 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected
- Cash and bonus funds are managed separately; cash funds take priority at the time of withdrawal
5.3 VIP Program
bdtk5's VIP program has five tiers, each offering various benefits including weekly cashback:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier changes are automatically evaluated based on playing history and activity.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Operation
All games displayed on bdtk5 are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others). Each game has its own rules and result determination process.
If a game result is cancelled or altered due to a technical error, bdtk5 will refund the relevant bet amount.
6.2 Disconnection During Play
If a disconnection occurs during a game, the platform will automatically resume the game from the last confirmed state. In the case of an incomplete round, the game provider's rules will apply.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete or an incorrect result is displayed due to a software or hardware error, bdtk5 will review the relevant bet and make a decision. In such cases, bdtk5's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk5 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses
- Taking advantage of bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means
- Using any software, bot, or automated method for placing bets
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Unauthorized access to another user's account
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of third parties
Limitation of Liability
bdtk5 is an entertainment gaming platform. bdtk5 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from the use of the platform. bdtk5 will bear no liability in the following cases:
- Financial loss suffered by the user as a result of game outcomes
- Account details being compromised due to the user's own negligence
- Delays or errors by third-party payment services
- Games or transactions being disrupted due to internet connectivity issues
- Services being temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical disruptions
In no circumstances will bdtk5's maximum liability exceed the user's active account balance.
